i actually confius what is throughput graph. It different with other throughput graph. How to read it? how to know their bit? this is example my throughput graph

I'm not entirely sure I understand your question, but this presentation by Ray Tomkins, entitled, "Wireshark TCP Stream Graphs", might help you.
