Remote proxy based analysis on US product from UK

I want to run analysis on a US based product (DISH Anywhere) from the UK via a proxy server.

I have a US account and login details (via a friend) but he is not able to perform the analysis.

Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated

What kind of setup would that 'proxy server' be?

I was hoping it could be just a browser based proxy so I can log onto the dish anywhere site and run analysis on some on demand shows.

Is this feasible?
