how to capture IPP protocol on a specific printer

Hi all, new to wireshark. Looking to see if its possible to capture IPP packets to a specific printer, we have an app that needs to connect to te printer via IPP. The printer supports IPP and i can connect a laptop running wireshark to the same hub as the source app and were the printer is, just need a bit of help as to how to set this up Thanks
