Hello, can WIRESHARK use to extract data from a router? The router (Sunny Home Manager) collect data from energy meter and send to Sunny Portal. Can we extract the data directly without go through the portal?

What Wireshark allows you to do is capture the communications between the Sunny Home Manager and the portal. If (and I hope they are) these communications are encrypted (through SSL for instance) you're out of luck. If not you may be able to extract data from the captured communications, although you'll have to reverse engineer the protocol.
