That's a Postscript file. If you created that file, please upload the pcap file itself, instead of the Postscript file.

erm... there are hundres of connections/conversations in that pcap file. What is the port used and the server where you think you observe lags?
Dont know, check generally if there are any mistaken configurations:(
I suggest, you first nail down the server and/or the connection with Wireshark (and or by thinking about which game you played and the time when you had lags etc.) and then I help to figure out if there are any signs for a specific network related problem in those connections.
4180 port
There is no port 4180 inside your trace
5196 4404 5396 ports
or 52956 yes
None of those ports are used either inside your trace - I strongly suggest you try to eliminate factors like Disk IO, Background Tasks, Addons and so on and try to eliminate lags by this approach because your understanding of network behaviour might not help you find/fix any problems here
here is the game only log check if here is something wrong.
During game : http://www.speedyshare.com/S7zFj/2.pcapng !! Wired error log : http://www.speedyshare.com/xG7PF/errors.pcapng Might be the main file to look in. While I get the dc/ dns error in pages
There are still over 20 different IP addresses in those capture file and even more conversations. How are we supposed to figure out which one is your game server if we know nothing about the game? I really suggest you do some work in advance (filter the traffic to the game server), and then come back and ask for specific help.
BTW: it's not bad style to use the word "please" in questions, otherwise it looks a bit like the liege lord shouts: JUMP! and the vassals are not expected to ask WHY, but "HOW HIGH"? ;-))
