Unable to rebuild after editing files

Today,I get another trouble (using Ubuntu):

  1. when I finished edition of source code in dissectors.
  2. and then run make in path:/wireshark-1.8.3. there is nothing to do.
  3. what command should i to give if i want make the change .

Have you added your dissector to the appropriate Makefile parts? For a built-in dissector look at README.developer (in the doc directory of the source tree) section 1.9 and for a plugin look at README.plugins section 3.
