how can we ignore many packets in one go

I mean we have to select one packet then right click and select ignore packet

how can we select lets say 20 questions and ignore those ?

Specify a display filter matching the packets you want to ignore and apply that. Then menu Edit|Ignore All Displayed Packets. Clear the display filter and you're done.
