what’s the meaning of “C: S: " of the package?

some packages like these:

Umm, C: is Client and S: is Server, perhaps?

Oh it should be. Something must be wrong with my head. I was thinking C means content, and that confused me a lot.

That output is from RFC 2487. It's kind of funny to say this, but as per RFC 2487 section 6, the letters S and C refer to an SMTP Server and an SMTP Client.
