Can we change the colour of packets with help of C language.

I just want to change the colour of packet by scripting/C language not by following the manual procedure of wireshark....How to do this...

That's not supported. Packet colors are for the user to control, not for any part of Wireshark, or any plugin of Wireshark, to control.
