router talking to itself

hi router is sending this all the time ..is this normal ?

That certainly looks odd - not only because the source and destination addresses are the same unicast address (all the entries in the current trunk's "manuf" file for "BelkinIn" are unicast), but also because the protocol field has 0xffff.

Could you show us the hex dump contents of the entire packet?
