how to set up capture filter for two different subnets at same time

Hi all,

I would like to capture two subnets (for example 192.168.0.0/26 and 172.16.0.0/23) at same time. Could anyone please advise how to set up capture filter so that wireshark will only record "from and to" traffic to the subnets mentioned above ?
