attedance machine

dear all,

     going through all the solution. i am still confuse at the solution. i have bio matric machine of hanvon which is face id. i forgot the IP and there is no way to insert into the machine setting. now i connect the machine to pc and scan but in wireshak it show me the ip but that is not going to ping. how can i find the ip
