Wireshark does not see Teamviewer VPN Adapter

I am using TeamViewer VPN on a Windows 8.1 host. The VPN driver uses a virtual network adapter and I would like to capture the traffic on this adapter.

I have wireshark (v2.0.5) installed on the same host but wireshark does not see the TeamViewer VPN Adapter. It sees all the other adapters on the host (virtual and real). Is there any particular reason why it does not see the TeamViewer VPN adapter?
